Gordon J. Garradd is an Australian astronomer from Loomberah, New South Wales. He has discovered numerous asteroids and comets, including Comet Garradd C/2009 P1[1], and 4 novae in the LMC. Gordon has worked for a number of astronomical institutions in the USA and Australia, most recently at Siding Spring Observatory on the Siding Spring Survey, part of the NASA funded Catalina Sky Survey for NEOs (2002 - Oct 2011).
